Geometry tokens for the M3 keyboard focus ring.

Dual-stroke ring drawn outside the component edge. Values follow the Android Material FocusRingDrawable reference: outer 2dp, inner 3dp, inner overlaps the outer by 1dp to avoid a seam, with an outer gap separating the ring from the component.
